Here at Dublin Building Systems we pride ourselves in the work that we do for our clients so when they return to us again for new projects it is an honor to be able to work with them again. One of our most recent projects comes from a client that we have done work for a couple years back. The company is called Sertek, LLC. Sertek makes stainless steel commercial kitchen counters, tables, and equipment for the restaurant industry.

The warehouse that Sertek is working out of is a building that Dublin Building Systems built back in 1971. We sold the warehouse to Vincent Graphics and then bought it back from them in 2005. In June of 2013 Tim Schiff with Sertek, LLC bought the warehouse and we then built an office and production facility addition (50,400 Sq.Ft.) onto the existing warehouse in 2013. As we mentioned previously, Sertek, LLC has come to us again for a new project that we are currently working on. In this project we are tearing down and rebuilding the original warehouse, which will be attached to a 2015 project (building a 23,500 Sq.Ft. warehouse addition).

Since Dublin Building Systems operates as a design-build company we have been able to oversee and operate at every level of the process, including utilizing a pre-engineered steel building. We are working adjacent to the existing building with no interruptions to the owner’s operations. The facility is also built on an old 5-6 acre lake that was filled in and redeveloped. Special foundations were used to support the building and special equipment loads.
